Double checked all cps, all ok there. Pulled aac and iacv cleaned and replaced (didn't see any obvious issues). I put things back together and noticed two things (1. My problem was still there (2. I am also hearing, I think unrelated, a whistling from underneath the car. I did however notice after the car warmed up that while my miss was still there, my rpms at idle are around a little over 1g. I adjusted the screw to around 750-800 rpms. After that I let it run about 5 min and never once felt the miss that I had been. Two questions come to mind how could the adjustment screw possibly have fixed (time will tell for sure) my issue, and what the hell is this whistling noise I'm hearing?
